and things are not comfortable.   So what else is new.

I know I’ve been lax about blogging and fully writing out my thoughts when I read  shitty news bits — too easy to click a link and post quick thoughts on Facebook.

But it’s also getting pretty old on Facebook.  Too much repetition, and way too much personal shit being posted by people who should be old enough to know better.  So many people VagueBooking, dropping odd comments about things as a way to elicit inquiries and/or sympathy.   I  don’t have time for that, especially when it is people I don’t know in real life.

With the new year about to arrive, I want to get into the practice of collecting my thoughts here, where I can what I want without a lot of bullshit.
