I wanted something for breakfast different from my usual fare.
So I popped a can of biscuits
Yes, I always put them on the flat griddle. It is the only correct, right, and proper way to do it. Not only do they not stick, they also do not burn (assuming you mind the timer, of course). (15 minutes at 350F, prewarmed oven)
See? Nice and fluffy and golden on top… AND on the bottoms:
Unable (unwilling?) to leave well enough alone, I had to (HAD TO) brush them with garlic butter and sprinkle with the Parmesan/Romano blend.
Ohhhh yummmmmmmmmm! Yeah, that’s right — you only wish you had a Scratch-n-Sniff monitor, huh?
And, just so you don’t think I’m a complete piggy-piggy-oink-oink, the remaining 4 biscuits have now been properly covered and set aside for later. 🙂
