Tired of little globs of toothpaste falling into the sink as you brush your teeth?  Tired of seeing those bits get swept down the drain as you see dollar signs being washed away?

Doesn’t matter if you use a manual or electric toothbrush, you need a glob of toothpaste about the size of a large pea.  Wet your brush, apply an amount of toothpaste to the brush, and very gently sweep the toothpaste over all the teeth, upper and lower, linqual and buccal (on the inner or tongue side of the teeth and the outer or cheek side).

After you’ve done a quick and gentle spread, leaving a thin layer of toothpaste over all the teeth, THEN you can get into your regular brushing routine.
