- 6 Creole Tomatos, seeds and juice removed, diced (or 2 pints cherry
tomatos, cut into quarters).
- 6 kiwi, peeled and diced
- 2 Vidalia onions, chunkly diced (or 1 or 2 cups Holy
Trinity)
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- Juice of 2 limes
- Splash of hot sauce, to taste
- Splash of Worcestershire, to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all well, refrigerate several hours to wed flavors. As with any good
cooking, PLAY WITH YOUR FOOD - make it your own, experiment with various
