And then add: a couple of cloves of minced or pressed garlic In some parts of the country you can find this already prepared and blended in little 2-pint containers in the fresh produce section, and sometimes in the frozen section. This stuff is GREAT for mixing into scrambled eggs, or adding a 1/2 cup to ground beef for mixing into Hamburger Helper, or pretty near just about anything that needs a little extra something. I keep a container of this around the house almost constantly, and it is one of those packages that is worth the price to have someone else do the chopping because it is all fresh ingredients anyway. |
