Cranberry Relish |

| NOTE: This is made early in the day to allow relish to set slightly while cooling
Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan, bring quickly to boil, stirring slowly until cranberries begin to pop (about 5 minutes). Continue simmering and stirring until all skins have popped. Cool slightly, then turn into serving dishes and refrigerate until ready to serve. |
