Cranberry Relish


NOTE: This is made early in the day to allow relish to set slightly while cooling

  • 12 oz bag cranberries
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 3/4 cup Ray's Maple Syrup
  • 1 cup prepared applesauce
  • Zest of one orange

Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan, bring quickly to boil, stirring slowly until cranberries begin to pop (about 5 minutes). Continue simmering and stirring until all skins have popped.

Cool slightly, then turn into serving dishes and refrigerate until ready to serve.
