Wow, it’s been several days since I posted. I guess that means I am making progress still, just not with dramatic day-by-day increments…? Hell, I don’t know.
Yes, I AM feeling better slowly, and recovery now more involves building up stamina and strength, versus all the tiny changes that were happening in the early weeks.
I try to take a walk to the end of the block twice a day when it isn’t cold and rainy, and I do my leg exercises semi-religiously once or twice a day.
