The last few days I’ve been feeling more tired and unwell. I’ve been eating better, but not sleeping as well, so that might be why. I’ve taken two walks to the corner, but felt quite worn out and not wanting to do my regular leg exercises today.
Later…. ooops. took another walk to the corner, then fell into a two-hour nap. Sheesh! And now it is suppertime, and I have no plans. So, a cup of mixed vegetables, 3 Tablespoons rice, and a can of tuna just went into a pot to boil for 16 minutes. Comfort food, I suppose.
