This is what I’m eating lately in the evenings, in one variation or another (coffee mug and cereal bowl shown for size contrast). I imagine that would be a serving bowl for a family dinner table. 🙂
I start with a handful of bagged salad, which was already combined with a bundle of spinach (chopped) and an onion (chopped). This bag salad includes snow peas, radishes, purple cabbage and other stuff.
for the topping, I steamed 1/2 cup mixed vegetables, 2 Johnsonville brats (sliced), and 1 small potato cut into chunks, all steamed together then chilled for an hour.
Plus a few crackers crumbled, a 2 teaspoons of olive oil mayonnaise. It looks like a lot, but I eat it slowly and don’t feel full after.
